South Riding City Services, also known as Conklin Community Park, is a master-planned neighborhood in Loudoun County, Virginia. It is located less than one mile south of U.S. Route 50, which leads to Washington, DC. The community is also convenient to the Dulles International Airport.

There are two high schools in the town, and the older middle schools are being updated. The newer schools are capable of holding 800-875 students.

The Loudoun County Public Schools are currently seeking a new location for a high school. In addition to classrooms, the proposed building would include a cafeteria and multi-purpose room. It would also be located in the Southern Loudoun region of the county.
